Terms of Use

framatai is an online studio for making videos, images and 3D models with AI, operated by the operator of framatai. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give true details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

2. Balance, plans and payments

• Prices are in Saudi riyals. Each render's price shows before you start it and is taken from your balance when it starts.
• A render that fails is refunded to your balance automatically. If a video costs less than the price shown, the difference is returned.
• Plan credit is used first and ends with its plan period; unused plan credit does not roll over. Top-up balance does not expire while your account is open.
• Card payments are processed by Moyasar; we never see or store your card details. Refunds of money follow our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices; changes never affect renders already paid for.

3. What you may not make

• Sexual or adult content; anything involving minors in a harmful way; violence or hate; content that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Deepfakes or impersonations of real people without their permission; content that infringes copyright or trademarks; spam, fraud or malware.
• Our AI providers also filter requests and may refuse them. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

• What you upload and make stays yours, subject to the law and to the rights of others. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
• AI results can be wrong or unexpected; check them before you use them. You are responsible for how you use what you make.

5. The service

• framatai depends on third-party AI and cloud providers and may change or be unavailable at times. Results are kept in your history; download anything important.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
